justify;\">In reference to the <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Digital Disconnection Plan<\/span><\/strong>also known as the <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Digital Disconnection Protocol <\/span><\/strong>o <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Digital Disconnection Policy<\/span><\/strong>We inform our clients that the Right to Digital Disconnection, among other digital rights, are contemplated in the <strong>Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights 3\/2018 (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2018\/BOE-A-2018-16673-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LOPD-GDD<\/a>) <\/strong>and as it is obvious is within our scope of competence and advice.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">therefore the <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Digital Disconnect Plan <span style=\"color: #000000;\">is included in our<\/span> <\/span><\/strong>included in our fees<\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apparently there are companies that are advertising that this Plan is mandatory for companies with workers (which it is) and provide their services to adapt these companies to this legal obligation.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">But it is not necessary to contract it, since the <span style=\"color: #800000;\">Digital Disconnection Plan<\/span> is already included in our services and at no style=\"text-align: justify;\">Everything approved corporately by your entity, in the mentioned Security Policies, is contemplated in the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HR Manual<\/span> to be delivered and signed by each component of the staff and therefore, they are aware of this Plan and therefore, they know how to guarantee their digital rights.<strong><span style=\"color:
