Do not contract a Digital Disconnection Plan <\/span><\/h2>\n

In reference to the Digital Disconnection Plan<\/span><\/strong>also known as the Digital Disconnection Protocol <\/span><\/strong>o Digital Disconnection Policy<\/span><\/strong>We inform our clients that the Right to Digital Disconnection, among other digital rights, are contemplated in the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights 3\/2018 (LOPD-GDD<\/a>) <\/strong>and as it is obvious is within our scope of competence and advice.<\/p>\n

therefore the Digital Disconnect Plan is included in our<\/span> <\/span><\/strong>included in our fees<\/h5>\n

Apparently there are companies that are advertising that this Plan is mandatory for companies with workers (which it is) and provide their services to adapt these companies to this legal obligation.<\/p>\n

But it is not necessary to contract it, since the Digital Disconnection Plan<\/span> is already included in our services and at no additional cost.<\/h5>\n
