New Contracts for Processors<\/span><\/h3>\n

Business Adapter<\/strong><\/a> informs all its customers that all contracts signed with its Data Processors Data Processors<\/a><\/strong>from June 24, 2021, include the new standard clauses published by the European Commission<\/a>. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

Any new Data Processor that joins your company must inform us as usual and we will send you the corresponding contracts, which already include<\/span> the new standard clauses mentioned above.<\/span><\/p>\n

These changes are motivated by the publication made last June 4, by the European Commission, which establishes the new content to be included in a contract to be signed with any Data Processor. new content that must be included in a contract to be signed with any Data Processor, being applicable on June 24, 2021.<\/a><\/strong>The new contract will come into force on June 24, 2021.<\/p>\n

In the same vein, the Commission published new clauses for the international transfer of data<\/a> between data exporters and data importers.<\/p>\n

In the case of international data transfers, contracts signed before September 27, 2021, will be valid until September 27, 2022. From September 27, 2021, only contracts including the new standard clauses established by the Commission may be signed. <\/p>\n
