<strong>Cookies<\/strong>, through a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aepd.es\/sites\/default\/files\/2020-07\/guia-cookies.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">guide<\/a> that replaces the last guide published in November 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/\">AEPD<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-5073 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/cookies-956823_1920-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"417\" height=\"417\" srcset=\"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/cookies-956823_1920-300x300.jpg 300w, 4, 2020 by the European Data Protection Committee (ECDC) in its<a href=\"https:\/\/edpb.europa.eu\/sites\/edpb\/files\/files\/file1\/edpb_guidelines_202005_consent_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Guidelines 05\/2020 on consent under Regulation 2016\/679<\/a>&#8220;, with the relevant fact that <strong>these must be implemented on all websites by October 31, 2020. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Given that cookies can provide a lot of data on habits and preferences (profiling) the CEPD and the AEPD appeal mainly to the<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Transparency Obligation:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">What information should be provided to the user.<\/li>\n<li>How to display this information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Obtain Consent:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Who must give consent<\/li>\n<li>Modalities for obtaining consent<\/li>\n<li>Consent for children under 14 years of age<\/li>\n<li>When cookies may be used and, where appropriate, installed<\/li>\n<li>Changes in the use of cookies<\/li>\n<li>Consent update<\/li>\n<li>Withdrawal of consent<\/li>\n<li>Among others.
