{"id":16878,"date":"2024-11-26T09:23:07","date_gmt":"2024-11-26T09:23:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/servicios\/labor-harassment-protocol\/"},"modified":"2024-12-11T11:59:42","modified_gmt":"2024-12-11T11:59:42","slug":"labor-harassment-protocol","status":"publish","type":"servicios","link":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/servicios\/labor-harassment-protocol\/","title":{"rendered":"Labor Harassment Protocol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>Labor Harassment Protocol<\/strong> must exist in every company with workers, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2007\/BOE-A-2007-6115-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organic Law 3\/2007<\/a>, of March 22, and its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2019\/BOE-A-2019-3244-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Royal Decree-Law 6\/2019<\/a>, of March 1, which determine that all companies, regardless of the number of workers that comprise them: &#8220;<em>shall promote working conditions that prevent the commission of crimes and other conducts against sexual freedom and moral integrity at work, with special emphasis on sexual harassment and harassment based on sex, including those committed in the digital environment&#8221;, <\/em>according to art. 48.1 of said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2007\/BOE-A-2007-6115-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Law<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This means that any company must take the pertinent measures to avoid any type of action that implies harassment at work for workers, whether it is a physical or moral act.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":16310,"template":"","class_list":["post-16878","servicios","type-servicios","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/servicios\/16878","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/servicios"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/servicios"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/16310"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16878"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
