Additionally, the following legal entities of the private sector must have a <strong>Whistleblower Channel<\/strong>: &#8211; Subjects obliged to <strong>the <\/strong>Money Laundering Prevention Law. &#8211; <strong>Entities <\/strong>offering financial services, products and markets. &#8211; Entities dedicated to transportation safety and environmental protection: &#8211; Political <strong>parties <\/strong>, trade unions, business organizations and foundations created by one or the other, provided that they receive or manage public funds <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Any public Entity &#8211; Entities that voluntarily so decide This Internal Whistleblower Channel will be the indispensable component of the Corporate Code of Ethics, with which to protect the general interests of your organization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":16311,"template":"","class_list":["post-16879","servicios","type-servicios","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/servicios\/16879","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/servicios"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/servicios"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/16311"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/businessadapter.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=16879"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
