2 million penalty to Amazon Road

The Spanish Data Protection Agency(AEPD) has sanctioned Amazon Road Transpor Spain SL, with 2 million euros, for asking workers for a negative certificate of criminal record, according to publication of the Sanctioning Resolution PS/00267/2020 of the AEPD.
