4,000 fine for violating the Robinson List

The Spanish Data Protection Agency(AEPD) has sanctioned DIGITAL MEDIA CONCEPT, S.L., with 4,000 euros, for making a call with commercial purposes to a data subject who was registered in the Robinson List, according to the publication of the Sanctioning Resolution PS/00382/2021 of the AEPD.

Before advertising:

Do not advertise (mailing, messaging, calls) without prior consent. Except to their own customers and strictly with advertising matters related to the services or products that relate to them.

Consult the Robinson List service regulations on persons who do not wish to receive advertising.

Do not send advertising to people who have unsubscribed from your mailing list.
