500,000 € fine for irregular data processing on several websites

Following the investigations carried out by the AEPD, in relation to the processing of personal data obtained during the navigation of several websites with pornographic content and the possible profiling of users, including minors under 14 years of age, a fine of 500,000 € was imposed on the company that owns these websites.
