9,000 € penalty for publishing employee photos
According to Cinco Días, a training company was penalized with 9,000 euros for publishing photos of its employees on social networks and corporate website without their consent (6,000 euros) and for not attending the exercise of the right of opposition of an employee who requested the removal of her photo (3,000 euros).
In short, for not complying with data protection regulations (LOPD + RGPD).
