COVID certificate for access to certain establishments

Following the authorization by the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community to require the Covid Certificate to access certain establishments, the approval of the Decree Law by the corresponding Ministry of Universal Health and Public Health will be imminent, as stated by the President of the Generalitat Valenciana on November 25.

The COVID Certificate must be shown to access:

Hotel, Restaurant and Leisure Establishments with a capacity of more than 50 persons
Music festivals and events and celebrations with more than 500 attendees
Visits to patients and interns in hospitals and nursing homes.
Among other activities that are likely to be established in the Decree.

There are 3 types of valid COVID Certificates(please consult), which may be presented when accessing these establishments.

COVID certificate and data protection

Business Adapter® in its advisory work, informs all customers whose activities correspond to those mentioned above, that they will soon receive a COVID Certified Poster / Badge, which should be placed on all access doors to the facilities (visible and legible place).

In addition, it will be provided with an Action Protocol in this regard.

At the time of publication of this press release, the aforementioned Decree Law has not yet been published in the DOGV, although it is expected to be approved on December 3 and will remain in force for approximately 30 days.

After the analysis of the Decree Law, it will be determined whether any modification is necessary to what is stated in this press release. However, given the immediacy of the entry into force, all the documentation will be sent to the affected customers tomorrow, December 2.
